Kitchen Deep Cleaning Service
At 24/7 Elite Clean Ltd our main aim is to thoroughly clean all areas of a commercial kitchen’s food preparation facilities and catering equipment to an exceedingly high standard thus ensuring you are compliant with hygiene and legal obligations. It is not only safe and healthy to work in a clean kitchen – it is also more enjoyable. We can provide a full service to supplement your own in-house cleaning processes by combining the best and safest technology to descale, degrease, and remove carbon, lime scale and other deposits from interior and exterior surfaces of all your cooking equipment, walls ceilings and floors. We also specialise in kitchen extract cleaning.
The kitchen deep clean service we offer can vary in the processes used to achieve these objectives but all areas have the same application of specialist preparations, using trained technicians and equipment developed specifically for the purpose. Furthermore, we pay great attention to detail, using only risk-assessed and environmentally friendly bio-degradable products.
We re-cycle oils and fats using licensed and qualified companies.

The Food Standards Agency & Legislation
The Food Standards Agency is a non-ministerial government department of the Government of the United Kingdom that is responsible for protecting public
health in relation to food and drink in Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The Food Standards Act 1999 was introduced in the House of Commons on 10 June and received Royal Assent on 11 November 1999.
The main purpose of the Act is to establish the Food Standards Agency, provide it with functions and powers, and to transfer to it certain functions in relation to food safety and standards under other Acts. The Act gives effect to the proposals of the White Paper, ‘The
Food Standards Agency: A Force for Change’ (Cm 3830). It sets out the Agency’s main objective of protecting public health in relation to food and
the functions that it will assume in pursuit of that aim, and gives the Agency the powers necessary to enable it to act in the consumer’s interest at any stage in the food production and supply chain. The Act provides for the Agency’s main organisational and accountability arrangements. In addition, it provides powers to establish a scheme for the notification of the results of tests for food-borne diseases.
